Small Engine Repair Program
Small Engine Repair Program
During this 9 Week Small Engine Program for Teens Ages 14-18, students will:
• Learn how small engines work by dismantling and rebuilding a new Biggs & Stratton engine
• Acquire skills that can be used for future jobs
• Develop critical thinking skills with support from their mentor
• Mentors are available to students to help them in any way they can
• Classes are led by a certified Briggs & Stratton instructor
• Classes meet three times a week, Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays, for the 9 weeks, from 5:30-7:30 pm. Dinner provided
• After the 9 weeks, students will have the opportunity to repair equipment provided to them. After repairs are completed, the equipment is theirs to keep
